The Family Preservation and Reunification Response believes every child should have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential in a home and community that is safe and promotes their development.
We can assist you with developing and working toward goals for your future.
The Specialist Intervention Family Preservation and Reunification Response program aims to help children and families stay together safely at home. Delivered throughout Inner Gippsland it works with young people aged 10 to 17 years who are at risk of entering the Out of Home Care system or returning to the family home for reunification.
The Specialist Intervention Family Preservation and Reunification Response is available by referral only from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. Families and young people must consent to a referral being made to the service. Referrals are connected to Quantum Support Services by the Child Protection Navigator Practitioner.
