Nicole recently joined Federation University as the General Manager of Morwell Innovation Centre in October 2020 and is excited about supporting the transition of the local economy.  Prior to commencing at Federation University Nicole has spent the last eight years in the water industry working for both Southern Rural Water and Gippsland Water as General Manager Assets and Environment and General Manager Business Development.

Before joining the water industry, Nicole spent a number of years in the Biotechnology sector working for Monsanto both in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science (Systems Agriculture) and Graduate Diploma Environmental Management.  Nicole is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently completing an Executive MBA.

Nicole is looking forward to working with Quantum Support Services to continue the valuable work that the organisation provides across the Gippsland community.
