Lead a dynamic team of family violence specialists providing safety and well-being for women, children and young people experiencing family violence. 

 

THE ROLE 

  • Responsible for providing practice leadership on risk assessment, risk management and planning for family violence cases and perpetrator interventions. 
  • Proactively build specialist evidence-based family violence knowledge and capability across the Orange Door workforce in line with the Orange Door Service Model and Integrated Practice Framework. 
  • Lead, mentor and develop your specialist family violence team. 
  • Provide specialist family violence expertise to the process of intake and assessment of responses to children’s safety and wellbeing. 
  • Deliver effective, culturally safe and responsive services in a multi-agency practice.

  • Expert knowledge and experience working in specialist family violence social services leadership roles  
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to drive cultural change 
  • Experience in stakeholder partnerships & professional relationship building  
  • Drive commitment enthusiasm  
  • Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
