James is an experienced and respected executive leader who has excelled through a career specialising in marketing and communication, with deep experience in public purpose and not-for-profit, and private sectors across Australia. ​

Currently principal of his own consulting business, he has worked in health, ageing, government policy and communication, resources, education and has worked at a leadership level in consulting and professional services where he has advised large organisations public and private organisations on strategy and change.​
