We support women and children by offering: safety planning, advice, information, housing options, court and legal appointments, intervention orders, financial assistance, advice and information.

Quantum provides a range of tailored youth programs for young people and their families who are experiencing difficulty in the home. These programs are designed to prevent further family breakdown, improve family relationships and communication, and prevent the need for child protection involvement. We can provide you with individual youth support, parenting strategies, family mediation, re-engagement with education, and linkages to specialist supports.
East Bairnsdale Community Hub (The Hub) is an Initiative of the Department of Health and Human Services in partnership with Quantum Support Services. It is a valuable community resource providing a number of programs for the East Bairnsdale community. There are many programs that cater to children and young people. The Hub provides support for families though the food pantry service, advocacy and administrative support.
