About Stronger Families
When there is a risk of children entering care, or the potential to exit care within early stages, the Quantum team will respond in proactive, creative and timely ways that enhance attachment and build stronger families. The program includes 5 core components: providing intensive case work, specialist youth mediation and support, specialist therapeutic services, and specialist early parenting support.
Eligibility
Families who are involved with Child Protection; families where children are at risk of entering out-of home care; or families who have recently entered out-of- home care for the first time. system.
Referral Pathways
DFFH Child Protection is the only referral source into Stronger Families.
