Intake, Assessment and Planning Program (IAP)
Overview:
The program provides an immediate crisis response as well as on-going support in the process of assisting people to establish and maintain their housing. The services provided for people accessing the TSP include;
- Immediate crisis response to homelessness.
- Provide information about services.
- Referral to providers.
- Advocacy when needed.
- A brief episode of support of 1 day up to 1 week, short term intervention.
