Overview:

Creating Connections Educational and Employment Pathways (CEEP) grants
are for young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are supported by homelessness assistance service (SHS) to access education and employment options.

Creating Connections Education Employment Pathways (CEEP) is a YHAP initiative aimed at strengthening planned pathways to independence through engagement in education, employment and training. CEEP brokerage funds
are available to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are supported by a homelessness assistance service (SHS) to access education and employment options in the Gippsland region
