Quantum Support Services is delighted to announce the appointment of Natalie McDonald as its new Chief Executive.
Natalie demonstrates extensive experience as an executive leader in the healthcare sector, and brings a wealth of experience in governance, leadership, strategic planning and developing and supporting collaborative teams. Natalie looks forward to her application of an empowerment model to support the growth of the organisation into the future. Natalie brings to the role a strong background in financial management, with extensive qualifications and experience coming from her work life.
Upon announcing Natalie’s appointment, Quantum Chair Roland Davies stated. “The Board was seeking a leader that could build on our strong foundations to expand our partnerships, shape our future through innovative business models and grow our services to support more children, young people and families in Gippsland”.
“We are confident that Natalie’s experiences and approach to supporting and cultivating team work and partnerships will continue to strengthen the great work of and reputation that is Quantum.” Roland said.
Natalie was chosen from a strong field of candidates from across the State, as part of a comprehensive independent recruitment process.
Commenting on the appointment, Natalie said. “I am excited to be joining Quantum as Chief Executive as it grows from strength to strength. Quantum has a long record of providing high quality support across a range of social and community services throughout the Gippsland region. I look forward to leading the organisation to continue and expand in the provision of quality support services to the Gippsland community.”
Natalie commences the role as Chief Executive on Monday 10 August 2020.
