Leslie is an experienced senior executive with more than 30 years’ leadership experience across local government, health and community services.
She has extensive expertise in community wellbeing, social inclusion, prevention, strategic partnerships and organisational leadership, and has worked with communities, governments and service providers to improve outcomes for people facing barriers and complex life circumstances. Throughout her career, Leslie has led significant initiatives that have strengthened participation, inclusion and community resilience across Gippsland.
A collaborative and values-driven leader, Leslie is passionate about social justice, preventing family violence and creating communities where everyone can thrive.
