- Assist participants in obtaining social housing allocation within the first year of the program.
- Provide ongoing case management support to establish and maintain secure housing.
- Support to address participants’ mental and physical health needs through trauma-informed care.
- Offer support for parenting and family functioning (for families with children).
- Empower participants to build capacity and resilience to avoid future homelessness.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
What you will bring.
- Demonstrated experience in strength-based, trauma informed case management support to vulnerable and disadvantaged community members with multiple and complex needs.
- Knowledge of Australian Housing First Principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Public Housing Policies and Procedures.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working with Children Check |Police Check
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in social work (or trauma related field) and experience appropriate to the field (refer to Position Description).
