Damian is a local person, growing up in Morwell and now living in Traralgon with his wife Nicole and their four children. He has over ten years experience working in a number of different senior leadership roles where he has managed large teams in the public sector, before joining Soda Consulting Group in 2018. For the last two years he has worked as an executive coach and facilitator across the public, private and not for profit sectors, helping organisations focus on developing their leaders and improving organisational culture.
