About the role:

The Pension Level Projects main aim is to assist eligible proprietors to meet or improve Accommodation and
Personal Support Standards. To build the capacity of proprietors and staff to identify resident needs, establish improved linkages with local health and community support services, promotion and safeguarding of residents wellbeing inclusive of social participation, support proprietors in developing and implementing Standards Improvement Plan (SIP) and to assist proprietors in meeting or improving compliance in accordance with the relevant
Accommodation and Personal Support Standards.

About you:

In this role you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with the client group,
colleagues, Government Departments, community organisations and other external agencies. Have demonstrated experience in monitoring quality and compliance of service against program outlines, ensuring the program meets the client’s needs and experience to building community networks and relationships. Appropriate tertiary qualification (diploma or above) in Community Services or related field.
