The purpose of this program is to provide the skills, tools and strategies to encourage behaviour change and positive growth for young people to form healthy relationships and positive connections going forward in their lives.
To provide a safe environment for adolescents using violence at home to develop skills and strategies to manage personal relationships and resolve conflict in a positive way across the funded target area. Complete ongoing assessment, support and referrals for participants as appropriate. Build positive connections. Both roles are based in Morwell.
Are you an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills that can be used to work effectively with adolescents? Do you have experience in the delivery of group work in the youth or community sector? Have an understanding of the impacts of family and/ developmental trauma on adolescents? The ability to work with high risk and difficult behaviours?
