Quantum Support Services has been providing accessible high-quality advocacy and support services that meet the needs of the Gippsland community for over 30 years and is now experiencing significant growth resulting in the development of new key positions to focus on both strategic and operational areas of the business.

An independent not-for-profit organisation, Quantum aims to improve the opportunities and quality of life for individuals, families and young people experiencing disadvantage or crisis across five key areas: Housing, tenant advocacy, and homelessness, Family violence, Community strengthening, Out of home care and Youth work. Many of the organisation’s programs are delivered in partnership with local community health and support services agencies across Gippsland to maximise the best outcomes for those who use their services.

NEW! Youth Justice Case Support Worker (flexible hours and afterhours)
4 new positions – SCHADS award level 4, 0.5EFT (38hrs Fortnight). Contracted to 30th June 2019 with possibility of extension dependent on funding.
Provide support to youth justice clients in an afterhour’s capacity to promote reduced recidivism with engagement in prosocial activities and general support to achieve positive outcomes.
Fortnightly roster with shifts worked after 4.30pm weekdays plus weekends as required according to needs outlined in orders. Depending on program needs hours might also be worked during normal business hours.
Multiple Casuals employees required to cover youth services and out of home care (+ other programs)
