Youth Intake Worker – Fixed Term 12months commencing 30th July 2018. SCHADS Award Level 6
This role is exciting and challenging, but the rewards are great! You will have the opportunity to support Young People by providing point of contact for referral services including those that support youth homelessness.
About you: Your knowledge of the services available to young people, proficiency in data collection and analysis and experience in youth and intake assessment and case management will be an advantage.
