- Residential Youth Worker (Casual) – SCHADS Award Level 5.
This role is exciting and challenging, but the rewards are great! You will have the opportunity to support Young People who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness.
You will be a part of the Young People’s care, by providing them with safe and secure emergency accommodation and assistance in obtaining alternative accommodation.
You will be supporting their individual needs and creating a safe living environment. You will also be part of developing, implementing and monitoring their individual plans. This includes the maintenance of progress notes and reports. You will also provide professional referral’s and services in relation to living skills, education and training, and access to the private market.
Please note: This role will include sleepovers and shift work at the Youth residential Building, Morwell.
