The role will work with staff at all levels to ensure collaborative and rewarding culture valuing teamwork and high performance. In return, you will be given the opportunity to influence and contribute to the future growth and expansion of Quantum. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will manage the People Learning and Culture Stream; and be a key member of the senior management team where your input and advice on HR matters will be valued.
You will lead a new team in providing strategic and operational initiatives and advice across the full suite of HR functions including culture, attraction and retention, work health and safety, industrial relations, performance management, and workforce planning. The successful candidate will have proven generalist HR management experience in implementing HR systems and HR Frameworks including industrial relations and working within a unionised environment; and be proactive and committed to service excellence, within a values based organisation. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, experience in leading teams and excellent relationship management skills are essential.

About the Region
Gippsland is home to an array of natural attractions like nowhere else in Victoria. Only 2 hours approx. from Melbourne, the area offers a wide variety of scenic locations and fun activities all year round.
