Hub Practitioner -– Fixed Term to 30th June 2019

SCHADS Award Level 6 full-time

The Hub Practitioners will be responsible for working cooperatively with partner agencies to provide an effective and responsive service delivery system for women, children, families and perpetrators of family violence.

About you: This role is for a passionate, experienced family violence practitioner with great communication skills.
